Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

Stitch helps you bring together your financial accounts to see your net worth in one place, and models what reaching a financial goal may take based on the information you provide or connect.

Stitch is an informational tool only. It does not provide personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing in the App should be relied upon as such. Projections and scenarios are estimates based on assumptions and may differ materially from actual outcomes.

• We do not execute trades, move money, or act as a broker or custodian.
• Figures may be delayed, incomplete, or dependent on third-party data sources.
• You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.

You may import files or connect third-party accounts to the App. You retain ownership of your data. By providing it, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of operating and improving the App, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any information you upload or connect, and that doing so does not breach the terms of any third-party service.

You agree not to misuse the App. In particular, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, other accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purpose.

Some features are offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing shown in the App or on our website is indicative and may change. Where you purchase a subscription through an app store, billing is handled by that store and subject to its terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure or projection is accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions made in reliance on the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using the App and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the App or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IG Markets Limited operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
